There was a distinct chill in the air today, but that didn't stop us from going outside for a dose of vitamin D. Evelyn tucked her baby dolls in her jacket and off we went. Our destination...the big piles of leaves in the backyard.
The day would not be complete without a trip to "the farm" to see the horses, dogs, and cats. Evelyn loves picking apples from under the apple tree and feeding them to the horses. She calls them from way across the pasture in the loudest voice she can muster..."here horsies." Evelyn recites the names of each horse with excitement "Darcy, Ally, Baby...apples." The horses have quickly been conditioned to come running to the fence line to the site of Evelyn strolling up the driveway.
