Happy Thanksgiving!!

Evelyn had a wonderful 1st Thanksgiving. She enjoyed watching the wild turkeys walking across the backyard. She partied with family and friends. She ate turkey, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, and stuffing...and a little ice cream too. Yum!

She also took her first steps...just two steps but we are so proud!!

11 months

Just when we think it couldn't get any better...it does. We are having such a fun time watching Evelyn grow and learn. Each milestone and 'first' makes us so proud of our little girl.  She is quite talkative and we love to listen to her sweet voice. She is very active and plays from the moment she wakes in the morning until we insist that is is time for bed. If she had it her way, she would play all night long! 

At 11 months old, Evelyn...
has 6 teeth...2 on the bottom and 4 on the top.
eats table food and prefers to feed herself.
climbs up stairs, chairs, and ... dressers!
points, waves, and claps.
enjoys parties and staying up late.
loves her baby doll.
sleeps 11 hrs. at night and wakes up happy and ready for the day.
imitates our sounds and actions.
likes playing with other babies and toddlers.
