Evelyn and I had a day to ourselves. So we decided to go check out Nickelodeon Universe at the Mall of America. This was Evelyn's first time on the rides. She has had little exposure to rides prior to this outing. She was a little nervous at first but after each ride she was more excited for the next. I was able to go as a chaperone for free on most of the rides...win. I love amusement park rides!
After the rides, Evelyn requested that we eat at Noodles and Co. and then stop by the Disney store and American Girl to play with all the baby dolls. Our outing was not complete without swinging by Ikea for dessert.
Ari had a daddy daughter outing last week with Eleanor. They went to Minnehaha Falls and had lunch at Sea Salt Eatery. Yum!
