Grub

Evelyn has been eating baby food for a little over a month now and likes most everything we have introduced to her. She loves sitting up at the table like a big girl and eating with mommy and daddy. So far her favorite baby food is carrots. She also enjoys sweet potatoes, winter squash, pear, applesauce, and banana. The only baby food she has disliked is sweet peas...but who can blame her??

They've arrived

Evelyn sprouted her first tooth on Saturday followed by her second tooth on Sunday. We were wondering if they would arrive soon...with all of the chewing and drooling Evelyn has been doing lately. So here they are! Evelyn's first teeth. If you look closely in the top picture, you can see them poking through her gums.

6 months

We love this little girl so much! Evelyn is such a joy to us and our family. She has big blue eyes and her hair is getting more and more blonde. She weighs 15 pounds, 4 ounces and is 26.5 inches long.

At 6 months, Evelyn...
sits up all by herself.
has started to eat baby food.
rolls over like a champ.
scoots around in a circle on her tummy.
sleeps 10-12 hours at night!!
loves to hear herself babble, squeel, and giggle.
smiles and laughs at herself in the mirror.
is ticklish on her belly.
