Tiny fingers, tiny toes...

For the past several weeks Evelyn cannot get enough of her fingers...and her toes. She enjoys looking at her hands and fingers. She loves putting her fingers and most often her fist in her mouth and sucking away. She would much prefer this to her pacifier. She loves her fingers so much that they have gotten sore at times from all of the attention. Lately she has spotted her toes and watches them wiggle. I am sure it won't be long before she has her toes in her mouth. Yum.

Just another manic Monday

It's Monday. The beginning of a new week. We are hanging out at home watching the snow fall and staying warm. Evelyn is quite photogenic today and is learning that when the camera comes out it is time to ham it up. Here are a few pictures taken today.

2 months

Evelyn is already 2 months old. I can't believe it! It seems like just yesterday we were bringing her home from the hospital. She has grown so much and is learning new things every day.  She weighs 11 pounds, 2 ounces and is 23.5 inches long.

is smiling and cooing.
loves bath time.
holds her head up very well.
sleeps 5-6 hour stretches at night.
loves music and dancing with her mommy and daddy.
enjoys stroller rides.
is undecided about her pacifier.
is a delightful and happy baby.
